Shanghai, August 5, 2026 — Shanghai Haoyuan Chemexpress Co., Ltd. ("ChemExpress") and Anhui Orivie Technology Co., Ltd. ("Orivie Technology") officially signed a strategic partnership agreement.
Guided by the principles of complementary strengths, resource sharing, collaborative innovation, and mutual benefit, ChemExpress will work closely with Orivie Technology to leverage both companies' industry resources, technology platforms, and service capabilities across multiple areas. Together, we aim to build a highly integrated service ecosystem and drive innovation and sustainable growth across the biopharmaceutical industry.

As pharmaceutical innovation continues to evolve globally, the rapid advancement of small molecules, biologics, and new modalities such as ADCs/XDCs, peptides, and PROTACs is accelerating the need for integrated CRO & CDMO partners capable of delivering seamless support across the entire drug development lifecycle.
